MY BODY IS BEGGING ME FOR A CHANGE
I am starting the Juice Fasting and Cleansing Program shortly. I will keep you posted daily with all ups and downs.
Step 1 - prepare my body for the cleanse.
Preparation:
- Start taking cleansing tea in the evening - all 3 days
- Fruit juice in the morning - all 3 days
- Light lunch - all 3 days
- Dinner Day 1 - veggie soup with salad
- Dinner Day 2 - salad and veggie juice
- Dinner day 3 - veggie juice
Or, you can just skip your dinner, but make sure you didn't have a double hamburger for lunch.
